One Lonely Louse

Successful lice treatment is defined as the removal of every last louse AND every last lice egg. Head lice will not go away unless all the lice eggs, also called nits, are removed. Even if one nit remains in the hair, it can hatch and produce more lice. A metal fine toothed comb is necessary for the removal of head lice and nits.
